The final seats will be allotted through the Punjab NEET Counselling 2023, which is conducted by the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS). There will be 3 rounds of counselling including one mop-up round, if seats remain vacant. For Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences MBBS admission 2023, the round 2 choice-filling process started on August 17, 2023, and, concluded on August 21, 2023. The provisional result for round 2 is set to release on August 25, 2023, and the final result will release on August 28, 2023. Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences accepts the score of the NEET UG exam to grant seats to its MBBS course each year. The institute has a total of 150 seats reserved for the MBBS course and the seat allotment is done through the Punjab NEET Counselling under the guidelines of the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences. During the counselling process, various seat allocation lists are released with the names of the shortlisted candidates. If candidates are allotted a seat they can “accept” the seats or else wait for the subsequent rounds of allotment.
